Here we go again...

This is the June - Contest report 2008 (by DL2ALF) :

Seems that nobody of us can live without contesting. That's why quit a large group of OM's was QRV from the "Schneekopf" mountain again. After some hours of work all bands from 1.2GHz to 76QRV were operational on Saturday afternoon. The weather was nice though the temperature was not as high as expected. The ongoing construction works on the observation tower blocked our activities in North direction so we were forced to move the 24 / 47 / 76 GHz equipment on Sunday.
The results were fine, a lot of rain scatter on 10GHz though we missed the "magic" 100QSO's as DM7A could achieve. Congrats!
Were do we go next in July? Certainly not to JO50JP because of the Schneekopf festival at the same time. So we are looking for an alternative. Stay tuned!
